One of the links that I have to the right is a link to the website of ESPN.COM's Page 2 columnist, Bill Simmons or as he used to be known "The Boston Sports Guy" or as he is known now, "The Sports Guy." Basically, Bill, an alumnus of The College of the Holy Cross, writes weekly columns, daily rants, and other pieces commentating on mostly sports while also interweaving a fresh perspective on pop culture into each of his works. I read him religiously and would suggest him to anyone that wants a unique take on all things sports and beyond. He even recently participated in an onine chat with Chuck Klosterman, which can be found here.
Today, he wrote a piece from his perspective as a sports journalist on New Orleans and the tragic disaster that has destroyed this City. I liked it, maybe you will as well. Please check it out....here.
